A family story
Built in 1965, in the years of the economic boom, by his grandfather Eliseo, Nicola House began as a holiday home by the sea for family and friends. Today, in the hands of his grandson, it has become a favourite holiday destination for the modern tourist.
Completely renovated in 2020, at Nicola House you can breathe the air of home from the moment you book, thanks to the completely Romagna-based family management.
Nicola, and his mother Sandra, take care of the reception and meet every need of their guests.
